She checks dozens of authorized distributors for each item she can match, with shipping counted. No gray market.

You see the difference
Within 3 business days of your upload: what you paid next to what she found, line by line, with where each price came from. What you do with it is your call.
Dental, medical, or veterinary: if it's on your supply invoice, she can price it.
These are documented pricing comparisons, not fulfilled customer orders. When they were run, goJILLIAN had not yet begun placing orders.
One hard case, documented
Two distributors at their best. JILLIAN came in lower, then did it again for three more months.
A pediatric dental practice's longtime rep had moved to another distributor and wanted the account to follow. Both distributors made offers, each presented as its best, DSO-level price.
goJILLIAN priced the same month's order against both. With goJILLIAN's fee included, the total came to $818 less than Distributor A and $1,375 less than Distributor B.
goJILLIAN wasn't taking orders yet, so the practice chose between the two distributors and stayed with A. JILLIAN priced its next three monthly orders too, and came in lower every time.

JILLIAN places only the orders you authorize, through your own vendor accounts, under a written agreement. To your vendors, it's your office placing the order.

No gray market. Supplies come from authorized distributors and ship straight to you.
The price you actually pay
Shipping and free-shipping minimums are counted, so the best price is the landed price.
Your rules
"Do not substitute" means she won't. Name the alternatives you accept and she stays within them.
No manufacturer, distributor, or supplier pays goJILLIAN.
No rebates, no commissions, no volume payments. We're paid one flat percentage of managed spend, stated in writing before anything is managed. Never a markup. The rate is the same whichever vendor she chooses. The price check is free.
